success.

| Develop a job description fitting those needs. | |
| Check existing database for leads. | |
| Narrow research results of existing database. | |
| Recruit outside candidates, if necessary. | |
| Phone interview candidates. | |
| Find finalists. | |
| Complete in-person interviews with finalists. | |
| Coordinate interviews with customers and finalists, and/or | |
| Set up optional trial placement of finalists. | |
| If a "leasing specialist" position is filled, the new hire will be eligible to attend a 6-hour basic leasing course as part of the package. |
