Interview the customer to find their on-site needs.
Develop a job description fitting those needs.
Check existing database for leads.
Narrow research results of existing database.
Recruit outside candidates, if necessary.
Phone interview candidates.
Find finalists.
Complete in-person interviews with finalists.
Coordinate interviews with customers and finalists, and/or
Set up optional trial placement of finalists.
If a "leasing specialist" position is filled, the new hire will be eligible to attend a 6-hour basic leasing course as part of the package.
